Joe has 25 years experience in building, running and re-engineering companies. He has operated companies in the CEO capacity in the Healthcare, Technology, Education, Financial Services and Internet industries. He has also served as a Board Director, CEO, COO, and Sr. VP Sales and Marketing to both public and private companies. He is experienced in forming start-up businesses, developing effective business plans, raising venture capital, implementing effective business processes, performing corporate re-engineering and technology implementation and development. Having started two software companies and taken them public through merger, he has an extensive technology background and understands the challenges of growing a business from start-up to public.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from Emory University. He has extensive experience in the strategic analysis, financial analysis, and the design and development of strategic financial plans. He is experienced in dealing with shareholder negotiations in management buyouts, corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and in re-engineering situations. He also has extensive experience in developing international distribution for U.S.-based products in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.
Clarissa has served as a VP of Client Services, COO, VP of Operations and CEO for private and publicly-held organizations in her career. She has extensive experience with healthcare related organizations focused on physicians, insurance carriers, nursing professionals and dental practices. In addition to managing operations, she has also served as a senior executive managing the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies within an 18-month period.
In her current role, Clarissa and her team of Franchise Success Representatives are responsible for providing day-to-day support and helping each franchisee reach their operational and financial goals. The operational team has strong clinical, training, and project management skills while utilizing technology to increase operational efficiencies and franchisee success.
Sean has 15 years of franchise development experience and a vast background in Franchise Marketing. He served as the Vice President of Franchising to Ladies Workout Express, a ladies-only fitness concept developed in the early 90's until 2001. Focusing on new market development for both the franchisor and franchise locations, he helped guide the chain in becoming one of the largest fitness franchise companies across the United States.
As President of Market Share, Inc, Sean provided marketing, training and business development services to hundreds of national franchise companies. Mr. Neely has developed cost effective franchise marketing programs with a high ROI for franchise companies by embracing the Internet. These marketing campaigns are designed to benefit both the franchise company at a corporate level in addition to the franchisee at a location level. He understands that a successful franchise starts with having successful franchisees and franchise locations.
